• ½ cup = (118 ml) - 7cm
• ⅓ cup = (78 ml) - 6cm

4 Measuring Spoons:

• 1 tbsp = (15 ml) - 4cm
• ½ tbsp = (7.5 ml) - 3cm
• 1 tsp = (5 ml) - 2.5cm
